SUMMARY
Livingston County is soliciting sealed bids for the rental of various pieces of construction equipment for the 2022-2023 period. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed bid for Rental of Various Pieces of Construction Equipment" to the Office of the County Administrator in Geneseo, NY. Specifications can be obtained from the Livingston County Highway Dept. in Mt. Morris or via the Empire State Bid System. All submissions must include a fully executed Non-Collusion Certification and an Appendix D Certification regarding Iranian Energy Sector Divestment per New York State General Municipal Law Section 103-g.
