SUMMARY

Lee's Summit R-VII School District is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide on-call pre-construction consulting services supporting projects in the potential 2025 Bond Referendum. The selected independent third-party consultant will support ongoing and future Bond and Capital Improvement Projects. Services include project delivery support for both Design-Bid-Build and Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) methods.
