SUMMARY

The Area Agency on Aging of Lake and Mendocino Counties (PSA26 AAA) is seeking proposals under bid number 251295 to administer the CalFresh Healthy Living (CFHL) program. The selected vendor will provide evidence-based nutrition education and obesity prevention services to adults aged 60+ at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Scope includes direct education, indirect education, and Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) change approaches at Title IIIC congregate nutrition sites.
