SUMMARY

The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is soliciting proposals from developers for a student housing development project at Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) and Los Angeles City College (LACC) under Invitation CS-26-06-PC. The project will be executed as a Public-Private Partnership (P3) joint occupancy ground lease.
