SUMMARY
Fox Valley Technical College is soliciting sealed bids to update and repair the building exterior at the Oshkosh Riverside Campus. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of control joint and window perimeter sealants, removal and replacement of deteriorated clay brick masonry and concrete block, repointing localized areas of masonry mortar joints, installation of sheet metal coping on wing wall ends, and recoating of concrete block.
