SUMMARY

Best Rating (25%), Capacity to meet requirements: Online database process for enrollment and deletion of employees' coverages; consideration of the College's lag pay process that results in lag benefit payments to the College and premium payments to the vendor at the end of the month following the coverage month (25%), Demonstrated Ability and Expertise with Government and/or Higher Education (15%), References: Percentage based on references received and information provided during reference reviews (10%)
