SUMMARY

DAS Construction Services is seeking a highly talented and experienced Construction Manager to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the Hartford Correctional Center (CC) Facility Roof Inspection/Replacement project located at 177 Weston Street, Hartford, CT 06120 under solicitation BI-JA-506-CMR. The scope of work includes the replacement of all existing roofing systems with a new EPDM roofing membrane system across 21 buildings at the secure 24/7 correction facility. Existing roofing comprises approximately 24,000 sq ft of built-up roofing, 21,000 sq ft of roll modified roofing, 90,000 sq ft of rubber/stone ballast roofing system, and 6,000 sq ft of glue down membrane. A study performed by ARM Consultants titled "Roof Inspection Report" dated 4/30/2024 will be provided to shortlisted firms. Submission deadline is September 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT. Vendors must upload one QBS Submittal Booklet not larger than 10MB under the Attach Documents tab.
