SUMMARY

The Colorado Department of Transportation, Division of Transportation Development, is issuing a Request for Proposals for support of the No Boundaries Roadway Maintenance Practices pooled fund project TPF5(548). Established in 2011, the No Boundaries group promotes innovation in roadway maintenance practices through technology transfer activities, fostering collaboration within the transportation community, academia, and industry. The project aims to implement innovative roadway maintenance technologies into day-to-day practices, promote promising ready-to-deploy innovations among participating state DOTs, and share internal process improvements. Operations will exclude snow and ice operations, which are covered under a separate pooled fund. The submission deadline is January 6, 2026.
