SUMMARY

The City of Wildwood is soliciting sealed bids for the Enclaves Pedestrian Bridge Site Improvements project (DDP=01-2021). The scope of work includes the construction of a 9’x25’ wood/stone pedestrian bridge, approximately 250 linear feet (LF) of 8’ wide asphalt trail, a small boulder wall, grading, seeding/mulching, and miscellaneous landscaping. Bidders must comply with prevailing hourly wage rates as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. A bid security of five percent (5%) is required. Bid packages are available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Bids are due by February 23, 2021, at 10:30 A.M. CST at the Department of Planning and Parks.
