SUMMARY
Sealed bids are requested by the City of Walterboro for the Lower & Middle Ireland Creek Sewer Trunk Line Improvements project. The work includes the construction of approximately 3,143 LF of 42” gravity sewer, 4,491 LF of 36” gravity sewer, 464 LF of 24” gravity sewer, 495 LF of 10” gravity sewer, 382 LF of 16” gravity sewer CIPP, 111 LF of 8” gravity sewer CIPP, jack and bore of 70 LF of 48” steel casing, 29 manholes, and cleaning & CCTV of 1,714 LF of 21” gravity sewer and 2,593 LF of 18” gravity sewer. Bids will be received for two prime contracts on a unit item basis until 2:00 pm local time on June 10, 2025, at the Walterboro City Hall Council Chambers. This project is partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration.
