SUMMARY

The City of Seaside is soliciting proposals for the renovation of the kitchen at Seaside Fire Station #1. The project scope involves the demolition and reconstruction of the existing kitchen, including casework, countertops, appliances, non-structural walls, MEP systems, non-structural concrete slab sections, and interior finishes.
