SUMMARY
The City of Sanford is soliciting sealed formal bids for the FY19 CDBG-I Sewer Line Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work involves sanitary sewer rehabilitation using slip lining and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for approximately 3,150 LF of 8-inch sewer pipe, and pipe bursting for approximately 430 LF of 6-inch sewer pipe. Additional work includes the rehabilitation of approximately 42 manholes and restoration of 121 service connections. Priority areas include Talley, Linden, N First, N Second, and several other streets. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 12, 2022.
