SUMMARY

The City of Sanford is soliciting sealed formal bids for the FY19 CDBG-I Sewer Line Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work involves sanitary sewer rehabilitation including approximately 3,150 LF of 8-inch sewer pipe via slip line and cured-in-place liner (CIPP), and pipe bursting of approximately 430 LF of 6-inch sewer pipe. The project also includes the rehabilitation of approximately 42 manholes and restoration of 121 service connections across various priority streets including Talley, Linden, N First, and others. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 12, 2022. Hardcopy bids are required by January 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM local time at the City Engineer's office.
