Demolish existing interior lights, lighting controls, fire alarm control panel, initiating and signaling devices, VAVs, coil units, 1-packaged HVAC rooftop unit and exhaust fans. Provide and install new electrical equipment, fire alarm control panel, initiating and signaling devices. Provide and install new VAVs, coil units, a new packaged HVAC roof top unit, new relocated exhaust fans and extended exterior ducting. Provide and install new nlighting and controls for all removed/demolished and built-in furniture light fixtures.
