SUMMARY
The City of Prescott, Arizona, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors for Job Order Contracting on Horizontal Construction Projects. The scope includes five service categories: Pavement and Streets (asphalt, chip seals, micro seals, striping, traffic signals), Concrete and Minor Structures (sidewalks, driveways, ADA ramps, curb & gutter, box culverts, retaining walls), Utilities (water mains, wastewater treatment plants, CIPP, SCADA), Grading and Drainage (excavation, riprap, bio-retention basins), and Stormwater (culverts, storm piping, dry wells).
