SUMMARY
The City of Overland is soliciting proposals for the demolition of the structure(s) located at 2626 Woodson Road. The project includes demolition and removal of all structures, walls, partitions, piers, beams, projections, footings, foundations, basement floor, construction material, trash, piping, boilers, fixtures, wood, rubbish, debris, driveways, parking surfaces, sidewalks, and patios. The contractor is responsible for utility disconnects, obtaining permits, and controlling dust. Backfill requirements include filling and grading to the existing concrete slab level, providing clean fill, leveling and compacting fill, removing debris, and site restoration including seeding and straw. Asbestos and hazardous material abatement requirements are also included.
