SUMMARY
The City of Melissa, Texas is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the Cardinal Drive & Highland Road project. The Base Bid includes approximately 2,000 linear feet of four-lane divided arterial street construction, including drainage, sanitary sewer, and water improvements. An Alternate Bid covers an additional 900 linear feet of similar arterial street and utility work. Plans were prepared by ClayMoore Engineering.
