SUMMARY
The City of Lima is seeking qualifications and proposals from consultants to complete a community-wide brownfield assessment and develop an inventory of brownfield sites. The scope of work includes performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), developing Remediation Action Plans (RAPs), and creating contaminated property redevelopment/reuse plans for selected sites in Downtown Lima.
