SUMMARY

The City of Lima is seeking qualifications and proposals from consultants to complete a community-wide brownfield assessment and develop an inventory of brownfield sites. The scope of work includes performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), developing Remediation Action Plans (RAPs), and creating contaminated property redevelopment/reuse plans for selected sites in Downtown Lima. Work must be performed in accordance with plans and specifications provided by the City of Lima Department of Workforce and Small Business Development. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Citywide Brownfield Assessment Project' to the Purchasing Department at 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801.
