SUMMARY
Sealed bids are requested for the Biosolids Disposal for the Department of Utilities for the year 2024. Bids must meet Ohio EPA requirements for transportation and disposal at a listed nonhazardous landfill. Haulers will determine the means and method to haul biosolids, planning on approximately 250 wet tons in weeks when biosolids are produced.
