SUMMARY

The City of Lima, Ohio is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of asphalt concrete and bituminous materials for the 2021 calendar year. The procurement includes approximately 7,500 tons of Asphalt Concrete (types 412, 301, or 404) and 20,000 gallons of Bituminous Material (Liquid), including RS2, SS1, CBAE 350, and CBAE 800. Materials must meet 1995 O.D.O.T. Construction and Materials Specifications. The scope requires furnishing materials at the plant for pickup by City trucks, as well as delivery of liquid bituminous materials in large capacity tank trucks. Bids are due by 10:00 A.M. Lima Time on November 10, 2020, at the Municipal Center. Requirements include a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Personal Property Tax Delinquency affidavit (Exhibit A).
