SUMMARY

The City of Kingsland is seeking sealed proposals from certified General Contractors for the improvement and paving of two adjacent sections of Lakes Blvd East under RFP #COK 25-030. The project scope includes approximately 0.63 miles of unimproved roadbed construction and a 0.35-mile asphalt overlay of existing pavement. Additional work involves the installation of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the entire length of both segments and the removal and placement of culverts for proper drainage.
