SUMMARY

The City of Key West is seeking qualified teams to develop a Comprehensive Adaptation and Resilience Implementation Plan. The project consists of a multi-threat Vulnerability Assessment and eight Adaptation Plan Chapters covering Infrastructure (roads, buildings, systems), Historic and Cultural Preservation, Environmental Restoration, Economic Redevelopment, Housing and Shelter, Land Use and Codes, Power and Water Systems, and Health and Social Wellness. The selected firm will identify and prioritize a ten-year plan of adaptation projects, provide policy recommendations, and prepare implementation budgets with financing options.
