SUMMARY
The City of Hayward is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare the City's 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) under solicitation 26-009. The project must be completed in full compliance with the California Urban Water Management Planning Act (Water Code §10610 through §10657) and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) 2025 Guidebook.
