SUMMARY
The City of Fremont is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call construction management consulting services. The scope of work includes construction inspection of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects and improvements associated with private land development, construction management of CIP projects, and other tasks related to Public Works infrastructure construction and operation as directed by the City Engineer. Requirements include knowledge of the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual and Guidelines, Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, and experience with full Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) preparation. Work will be performed on a time and materials basis. Submissions are due by November 14, 2024.
