SUMMARY

The City of Fort Pierce is soliciting proposals from qualified facility operators to lease and operate a historic destination location. The property is known as Little Jim Bait and Tackle and includes a restaurant, bar, docks, bait & tackle, and merchandise sales. The operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations, management, maintenance, security, and all activities therein. The existing lease expires on April 30, 2025.
