SUMMARY
The City of Florissant is soliciting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing spa and filtration system at the James J. Eagan Center under Project ID 25-0234. Scope includes demolition of existing equipment, installation of a new 144"x92"x42.5" fiberglass spa shell, replumbing with schedule 40 PVC, and installation of a new equipment package (filter pump, jet booster pump, and heater). The contractor must also build a new Trex-type deck, complete all electrical work, and provide drawings for permits to the St. Louis County Health Department.
