SUMMARY

The City of Dania Beach is soliciting qualifications from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for the new construction of the PJ Meli Aquatic Complex located at 2901 SW 52nd St. The project scope includes an 11,500 square foot community center with a lobby, offices, flexible meeting rooms, fitness area, and concession area.
