SUMMARY
The City of Cape May is seeking proposals from qualified firms to contract for a full-service water storage tank asset management and maintenance program pursuant to the New Jersey Water Supply Services Public-Private Contracting Act, N.J.S.A. 58:26-19, et seq. The scope of work includes the complete painting and repair of each identified water tank, as well as providing long-term full-service maintenance and management for two potable water storage facilities. Proposals are due by 12:00 P.M. on October 1, 2025, and should be submitted to the Qualified Purchasing Agent at the City of Cape May Water/Sewer Utility located in Cape May, New Jersey.
