SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience (SOQ) from firms to serve as Principal Consultant for aviation planning and grant procurement services at McCarley Field Airport. The scope includes planning and design for taxiway and apron pavement upgrades, runway rehabilitation, SRE equipment acquisition, fuel system upgrades, RSA clearing, pathway relocation, PAPI NAVAIDS replacement, taxiway/apron reconstruction, and related environmental work. Work will be accomplished under an FAA grant via a 5-year on-call contract commencing in 2026.
