SUMMARY
The City of Barstow is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to provide Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, investigation work plans and fieldwork, and investigation reports related to the CalEPA Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Equitable Community Revitalization Grant. The grant term is from March 29, 2024, to March 28, 2026.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Demonstrated competence and qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of the services required, including scope understanding, approach to complete scope of task, qualifications/experience of project manager and key personnel, resources and key personnel availability, firm's references, and cost approach.
