SUMMARY
This contract will provide evaluation, testing, analysis, and a comprehensive report on 34 flow metering locations throughout the City. The evaluation and pitot testing will measure meter accuracy by confirming the actual amount of water introduced into the water distribution system from the Davis, Ullrich, and Handcox Water Treatment Plants.
