SUMMARY
The City of Alhambra is seeking a consultant to prepare three (3) Annual Action Plans and three (3) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPERS) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The scope also includes assistance with the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS). The contract term is three years with an option for two additional one-year terms.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Ability to satisfy requirements, background and experience, experience with entitlement cities and HUD, ability to execute contract timely, overall quality of services, cost, understanding of scope, familiarity with housing and community development issues, reference checks, experience with HUD programs (CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP).
