SUMMARY

Chattooga County is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from consultants to provide grant writing, grant administration, and related services for Federally Funded Projects, including but not limited to CDBG, RDF, CHIP, HOME, EIP, EDA, and ARC projects. Services may include application preparation, environmental reviews, draw requests, financial administration, public hearings, monitoring visits, acquisition assistance, bid document preparation, Davis-Bacon compliance, AFFH requirements, and close-out documents. The initial project involves a CDBG project for infrastructure improvements.
