The Town of Cape Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Town Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in municipal management or similar governmental/non-profit/private business experience. Key areas of expertise include finance/budgeting, human resources, policy management, and land use. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred. Salary range is $145,000-$175,000.
