SUMMARY
Seeking proposals for a Next Steps Analysis for a Royal Gorge Area Recreation/Aquatics Center. This analysis is a partnership between Cañon City, Fremont County, and the Cañon City Area Recreation & Park District. The work will be contracted through the City of Cañon City.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Responsiveness to needs, Experience completing voter analysis, detailed issue surveys, focus group meetings, meeting/exceeding RFP terms, lump sum fee, team's understanding of project and Cañon City context, understanding of rec/aquatics center floor plans and ability to create illustrative graphics.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
Memorandum summarizing voter analysis, native format data, draft and final survey questions, formatted survey, printing, mailing, receipt of responses, compilation of results, detailed analysis of survey results, native data summary files, list of participants in focus groups, questions for each focus group, summary of focus group meetings, summary recommendation, calibrated program by component and square footage, updated illustrative graphics (Site Plan, Floor Plan, 3D color illustration, two (2) color interior perspective sketch views).
