SUMMARY

EVALUATION CRITERIA
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey for a minimum of five (5) years; Representation and experience with governmental entities and laws applicable to governmental entities for a minimum of five (5) years; Representation and experience in representing governmental entities in connection with the issuance of bonds and public financing for a minimum of (5) years; Have a multi-disciplinary law practice in the area of civil matters for a minimum of five (5) years; and Knowledge of the Authority and its operations.
