SUMMARY

The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional services to create an Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Electrical Infrastructure Plan for five publicly owned General Aviation (GA) airports. The plan will include a certified cost estimate and a generalized site map.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Project team qualifications and experience related to civil site design with EV charger stations and accompanying infrastructure development and implementation (40%), Project team experience with utility coordination and permitting (20%), Project team AAM qualifications and experience (20%), Project team qualifications and experience in airport planning, design and construction (20%).

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES

AAM Electrical Infrastructure Plan for each of the five airports, including a memo, site design, itemized cost estimates, site maps, and an estimated timeline.
