From the meeting
The capital project includes auditorium renovations at Eden Middle/High School covering seating, flooring, acoustic wall panels, finishes, painting, and a new vestibule with canopy. That scope signals future interior renovation work tied to the districtwide capital plan. No vendor was selected in this notice, but the district is defining the project and moving toward construction bids.
The work appears to be part of the larger 2026 capital improvement package.
