Washington certifies Goose Prairie Solar project

Renewal

The SCA remains in effect as long as the project complies, with key milestones: construction must begin within 5 years of execution and substantial completion within 10 years, or all rights under the SCA will cease. The agreement may be amended per EFSEC rules, and can be terminated or transferred with EFSEC approval.
