Initial term runs September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The District may annually renew the agreement for up to four additional one-year terms (through approximately June 30, 2031) under the same terms and conditions, subject to available New York State UPK funding and continued compliance. The District may terminate for convenience with thirty days’ written notice and may terminate if state funding is reduced or not allocated.
