Initial term is one year from July 1, 2026 or until completion of the planner’s employment; if the same individual continues for an additional term, the agreement remains in effect until amended, terminated, or replaced. The Township may terminate on 15 days’ notice, and a standard rider enforces the not-to-exceed clause and billing timeliness.
