Agreement commences April 1, 2026 and must be reviewed every 4 years using the Agreement Review Checklist (Appendix F). Either party may terminate for breach with 30 days to cure or for convenience with 30 days’ prior written notice during October to March before the next Fire Season. CPC and suppression rates are adjusted annually based on CPI, and Appendix A and C are updated at renewal. An agreement review must occur within 60 days prior to April 1 of each scheduled review year unless either party has given written notice of termination at least 60 days prior to April 1.
