Renewal

Ordinance states it will remain in effect as long as the housing development is subject to income and use restrictions imposed by HUD, LIHTC Section 42, or MSHDA; the Township reserves the right to repeal in accordance with the Act. The PILOT continues automatically upon any sale, transfer, or refinancing, provided the Township consents to a sale, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
