Town Retains Urban Design Ventures for PUD Review

Shepherdstown engaged Urban Design Ventures in Fall 2025 to provide planning and zoning consulting services, including revising the Planned Unit Development ordinance and advising on historic landmarks issues. Consultant Christopher Fletcher has met with the Planning Commission and Town Council and continues to support ordinance development. The engagement appears ongoing through at least June 2026.
