MAINTENANCE

Initial five (5) year term commencing on the full execution date or October 15 of the first Winter Season and ending October 14 of the year the fifth Winter Season is completed, with automatic five-year renewals unless terminated

Initial term is five years from execution or the start of the first Winter Season, ending October 14 after completion of the fifth Winter Season. The agreement automatically renews for successive five-year periods unless both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate prior to June 30 of the fifth year of the initial or any renewal term. Snow Lane Miles and related payment terms may be amended in writing, and annual base rates increase by 2% for years two through five and during renewal terms.
