Harrison Authorizes PATH Environmental Remediation Access

The Town of Harrison is set to authorize a right-of-entry agreement with Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation (PATH) for environmental remediation on Town-owned property. PATH will conduct excavation, soil and groundwater disposal, bioremediation, surface restoration, monitoring, and related work at its own expense.

PATH may request written extensions to complete the work, subject to the Town’s consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. The agreement may terminate earlier if PATH’s Licensed Site Remediation Professional certifies completion.
