Effective on Execution Date; renewable with overall term not to exceed five (5) years; terminable by either party with thirty (30) days written notice

Renewal

The agreement may be renewed but the total term may not exceed five years; either party may terminate with thirty days written notice, and students currently enrolled at the time of termination will continue to receive benefits. Modifications must be in writing and executed by both parties.
