Rogers Trail Underpass Obligation Terminated

Three Rivers Park District will approve a second amendment to its May 6, 2020 Crow River Regional Trailway cooperative agreement with the City of Rogers, ending the City's obligation to design and build a trail underpass at CR 144/141st Avenue and canceling Three Rivers’ $160,000 cost contribution. The project will instead rely on a signalized crossing for pedestrians and bicyclists.
