The Colony Mud 1G Awards Facilities Contract to West Bastrop Village Municipal Utility District of Bastrop County (February 2024)

The City of Bastrop, Bastrop County, and West Bastrop Village Municipal Utility District entered into an interlocal agreement under which the District will maintain public roads in the Adelton subdivision and fund all maintenance costs from legally available revenues. The agreement remains in effect for the life of the District and terminates upon annexation by the City, at which time the City will assume road maintenance responsibilities.
