Joint affordable housing development with Habitat for Humanity

Summit County, the Towns of Dillon and Keystone, and Summit Habitat for Humanity enter into a Joint Development Agreement to construct five affordable housing units at 525 Cove Blvd in Dillon. The public entities will contribute a combined $1.75 million, with $590,000 of the County’s contribution to be repaid from sale proceeds of designated housing units.
